利什曼病是由利什曼原蟲引起的人畜共患病，可引起人類皮膚及內(nèi)臟黑熱病。臨床特征主要表現(xiàn)為長期不規(guī)則的發(fā)熱、脾臟腫大、貧血、消瘦、白細胞計數(shù)減少和血清球蛋白的增加，如不予合適的治療，患者大都在得病后1～2年內(nèi)因并發(fā)其他疾病而死亡。本病多發(fā)于地中海國家及熱帶和亞熱帶地區(qū)，以皮膚利什曼病這種形式為常見。

【檢測原理】

本試劑盒采用膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)，檢測人血清中的利什曼原蟲特異IgG抗體。本試劑盒是用利什么曼原蟲純化抗原IgG抗體分別固相于硝酸纖維金標記得的鏈球菌G蛋白及其它的試劑制成。當(dāng)今次那個是，金標記的鏈球菌G蛋白會與待血清的抗體結(jié)合形成復(fù)合物，若樣本中存在利什曼原蟲特異性抗體，該抗體與金標的鏈球菌G蛋白形成的復(fù)合物由于層析作用移動到檢測線區(qū)域時，則該復(fù)合物被固有相與檢測線區(qū)域內(nèi)的利什曼原蟲捕獲而凝聚顯色。若血樣中沒有利什么曼原蟲特異抗體，則檢測線不顯色無論樣本中是否存在利什曼原蟲特異性抗體，一條色條帶都會出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控區(qū)，作為層析過程很正常，試劑是否失效的內(nèi)控標準。
