【Cellabs產(chǎn)品介紹】

Cellabs專門(mén)從事熱帶和傳染病免疫診斷試劑盒的開(kāi)發(fā)，制造和銷售。還還專門(mén)檢測(cè)水性寄生蟲(chóng)，特別是賈第蟲(chóng)和隱孢子蟲(chóng)，現(xiàn)在是歐洲市場(chǎng)上這種試劑的主要供應(yīng)商。其中Cellabs Crypto Cel Reagent是英國(guó)飲用水檢測(cè)中心的*抗體。Cellabs根據(jù)ISO13485在質(zhì)量管理體系（QMS）下生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品。所有產(chǎn)品均已在澳大利亞治療用品管理局（TGA）注冊(cè)，并根據(jù)EC指令98/79 / EC注冊(cè)。自2013年6月起，Cellabs開(kāi)始制造Tropbio ELISA產(chǎn)品。 Al Tropbio產(chǎn)品在現(xiàn)有的Cellabs質(zhì)量管理體系（QMS）下以同樣的高水平的制造工藝生產(chǎn)。

INTENDED USE

Malaria can be diagnosed by many methods. It is well established that the presence of pLDH in clinical blood samples is indicative of active infection and its absence reflects

the cure or the lack of malaria infection. Unlike histidine rich proteins like HRP-2, the pLDH enzyme is secreted only by live parasites and survives only briefly in the patient

pLDH Malaria CELISA test can therefore be used to detect current and active infection as well as assist in monitoring anti-malarial chemotherapy.

pLDH CELISA kit detects the enzyme lactic dehydrogenase (pLDH) common to all Plasmodium spp. This is a confirmatory test for active and current human

malaria. Quantimal

pLDH Malaria CELISA can also be used to monitor anti-malarial chemotherapy, to monitor resistance of Plasmodium parasites to chemotherapy and for

in-vitro evaluation of anti-malarial drugs. It is not intended to replace the conventional blood film diagnosis. The sandwich ELISA principle is employed.

小知識(shí)科普——

瘧疾是經(jīng)按蚊叮咬或輸入帶瘧原蟲(chóng)者的血液而感染瘧原蟲(chóng)所引起的蟲(chóng)媒傳染病。寄生于人體的瘧原蟲(chóng)共有四種，即間日瘧原蟲(chóng)，三日瘧原蟲(chóng)，惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)和卵形瘧原蟲(chóng)。在我國(guó)主要是間日瘧原蟲(chóng)和惡性瘧原蟲(chóng)；其他二種少見(jiàn)，近年偶見(jiàn)國(guó)外輸入的一些病例。不同的瘧原蟲(chóng)分別引起間日瘧、三日瘧、惡性瘧及卵圓瘧。本病主要表現(xiàn)為周期性規(guī)律發(fā)作，全身發(fā)冷、發(fā)熱、多汗，長(zhǎng)期多次發(fā)作后，可引起貧血和脾腫大。
