【預期用途】

本試劑盒用于體外定性檢測人血清盒全血樣本中的黑熱病（內(nèi)臟利什曼原蟲)病人特異性IgG抗體。內(nèi)臟利什曼蟲病或稱黑熱病，是由于內(nèi)臟杜氏利什曼原蟲團的利什曼原蟲（杜氏利什曼原蟲）或利什曼原蟲寄生與人體巨噬細胞所引起的一種寄生病，由媒體白蛉叮咬傳播。該病在世界內(nèi)流行甚廣，包括亞、歐、非、中、南美洲的60多個國家，每年新發(fā)生的病例數(shù)約有50萬。

【檢測原理】

本試劑盒采用膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)，檢測人血清中的利什曼原蟲特異IgG抗體。本試劑盒是用利什么曼原蟲純化抗原IgG抗體分別固相于硝酸纖維金標記得的鏈球菌G蛋白及其它的試劑制成。當今次那個是，金標記的鏈球菌G蛋白會與待血清的抗體結(jié)合形成復合物，若樣本中存在利什曼原蟲特異性抗體，該抗體與金標的鏈球菌G蛋白形成的復合物由于層析作用移動到檢測線區(qū)域時，則該復合物被固有相與檢測線區(qū)域內(nèi)的利什曼原蟲捕獲而凝聚顯色。若血樣中沒有利什么曼原蟲特異抗體，則檢測線不顯色無論樣本中是否存在利什曼原蟲特異性抗體，一條色條帶都會出現(xiàn)質(zhì)控區(qū)，作為層析過程很正常，試劑是否失效的內(nèi)控標準。
