　　寨卡病毒病是由寨卡病毒引起并通過伊蚊蚊媒傳播的病毒性疾病。臨床表現(xiàn)與登革熱和基孔肯雅熱類似，大多癥狀輕微，以發(fā)熱、皮疹、關節(jié)痛和結膜炎為主。很多感染了寨卡病毒的人沒有任何癥狀。目前沒有針對該病毒的疫苗。南美等國家常年流行。2016年2月1日，世界衛(wèi)生組織將巴西密集出現(xiàn)的新生兒小頭癥宣布構成“關注的突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件”。廣東省從2016年開始陸續(xù)發(fā)現(xiàn)寨卡境外輸入性病例均為輕癥，全部治愈，未發(fā)生本地感染病例。

【對試驗結果的解釋】

陽性：

1.IgG 陽性：在IgG檢測線處和對照線位置出現(xiàn)兩條紫紅線。

2.IgM 陽性：在IgM檢測線處和對照線位置出現(xiàn)兩條紫紅線。

3.IgG、IgM 同時陽性：在IgG檢測線處、IgM檢測線處和對照線位置同時出現(xiàn)三條紫紅線。

陰性：只在對照線位置出現(xiàn)一條紫紅線。

無效：在對照線位置沒有出現(xiàn)紫紅線。

【注意事項】

1. 檢測必須符合傳染病實驗室管理規(guī)范和生物安全守則的規(guī)定。所有樣品和廢棄物都應按傳染物處理；
2．操作應嚴格按說明書進行；
3．實驗環(huán)境應保持一定濕度，避風，避免在過高溫度下進行實驗（*在10～37℃）；
4．檢測試劑從鋁箔袋中取出后，應盡快進行實驗，避免放置于空氣中過長時間，試劑吸潮后將失效；
5．試劑盒可在室溫下保存，謹防受潮，低溫下保存的試劑盒應平衡至室溫方可打開鋁箔袋進行檢測操作；
6．為了防止弱陽性標本的漏檢，應在加樣后20 分鐘判讀結果，在檢測線處出現(xiàn)紫紅線，即可判斷為陽性結果，超過20 分鐘后結果只作為參考。

[precautions]

3.Experimental environment should maintain a certain humidity, shelter, avoid experiments at high temperatures (* in 10 ~ 37 ℃);
4.After the detection reagent is taken out of the aluminum foil bag, the experiment should be carried out as soon as possible to avoid that the reagent will lose efficacy after being placed in the air for too long.
5.The kit can be stored at room temperature to prevent moisture. The kit stored at low temperature should be balanced to room temperature before opening the aluminum foil bag for test operation.
6.In order to prevent the omission of weak positive samples, the results should be interpreted 20 minutes after the addition of samples, and the positive results can be judged by the occurrence of purple and red lines at the detection line, and the results after 20 minutes are only for reference.
