在驗證實驗中，用諾如病毒抗原快速檢測試劑卡（免疫層析法）檢測113 例糞便樣本。樣本

從胃腸炎患者的糞便中采集，既有散發(fā)病例，也有爆發(fā)病例。樣本收集于2007-2008 年的冬季，在德國漢堡的城市地區(qū)采集。在當(dāng)?shù)氐男l(wèi)生研究所，用RT-PCR 的方法檢測新鮮的樣本后，將樣本凍存。2008 年7 月，將冰凍的樣本融化后，在與之前相同的實驗室，用諾如病毒抗原快速檢測試劑卡（免疫層析法）和已上市的諾如病毒抗原檢測試劑盒（酶聯(lián)免疫法），同時進行檢測。

【注意事項】

1. 僅用于體外診斷。

2. 實驗必須由經(jīng)過專業(yè)培訓(xùn)的人員操作。必須嚴(yán)格按照醫(yī)學(xué)實驗室的規(guī)章制度操作。

What are the symptoms of Norovirus?

潛伏期多在24～48h，最短12h，最長72h。感染者發(fā)病突然，主要癥狀為惡心、嘔吐、發(fā)熱、腹痛和腹瀉。兒童患者嘔吐普遍，成人患者腹瀉為多，24h內(nèi)腹瀉4～8次，糞便為稀水便或水樣便，無粘液膿血。大便常規(guī)鏡檢WBC<15，未見RBC。原發(fā)感染患者的嘔吐癥狀明顯多于續(xù)發(fā)感染者，有些感染者僅表現(xiàn)出嘔吐癥狀。此外，也可見頭痛、寒顫和肌肉痛等癥狀，嚴(yán)重者可出現(xiàn)脫水癥狀。

諾如病毒的預(yù)防措施

1.注意個人衛(wèi)生，勤洗手。
2.不吃生冷食品和未煮熟煮透的食物，減少到校外的餐廳就餐，特別是無牌無證的街邊小店。
3.減少外出要會和參與大型活動機會，杜絕傳染渠道。
4.一有情況，立刻就診，并報告所在單位、社區(qū)。
健康教育：加強以預(yù)防腸道傳染病為重點的宣傳教育，提倡喝開水，不吃生的半生的食物，尤其是禁止生食貝類等水產(chǎn)品，生吃瓜果要洗凈，飯前便后要洗手、養(yǎng)成良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣。
