◆ 操作步驟

在進(jìn)行測(cè)試前必須先完整閱讀使用說(shuō)明書(shū)，使用前將試劑和標(biāo)本恢復(fù)至室溫（20℃-30℃）。

1．從原包裝鋁箔袋中取出試劑，在1 小時(shí)內(nèi)應(yīng)盡快地使用，特別是溫度高于30℃或在高濕度條件下。

2．用加樣環(huán)的環(huán)形體蘸取標(biāo)本（溶液須浸沒(méi)加樣環(huán)的環(huán)形體）（約1.0ul）垂直加于試劑的加樣孔，加樣環(huán)

的環(huán)形體須輕輕碰到膜以便順利加樣。

3．在緩沖液孔垂直滴加3 滴（約120ul）緩沖液，計(jì)時(shí)開(kāi)始。

4．等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，測(cè)試結(jié)果應(yīng)在5~10 分鐘內(nèi)讀取。10 分鐘后判定無(wú)效。

【檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的解釋】廣州健侖生物科技有限公司

陽(yáng)性（+）：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。一條位于測(cè)試區(qū)（T）內(nèi)，另一條位于質(zhì)控區(qū)（C）。表明結(jié)核抗體陽(yáng)性。

3.陰性（-）：僅質(zhì)控區(qū)（C）出現(xiàn)一條紫紅色條帶，在測(cè)試區(qū)（T）內(nèi)無(wú)紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。表明結(jié)核抗體陰性。

無(wú)效：質(zhì)控區(qū)（C）未出現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶，表明不正確的操作過(guò)程或試劑已變質(zhì)損壞。
