【儲(chǔ)存條件及有效期】

儲(chǔ)存條件：原包裝應(yīng)儲(chǔ)存于4～30℃避光干燥處，切忌冷凍。

有效期：24個(gè)月。

試劑盒應(yīng)在鋁箔袋拆封后1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用；建議在周圍溫度高于30℃或高濕度條件下，盡可能做到即開即用。

【樣本要求】

• 用潔凈、干燥、不含有任何防腐劑的塑料尿杯或玻璃容器盛裝尿液樣本。
• 樣本收集后應(yīng)盡可能馬上使用，不能在室溫下長期存放。如不能立即檢測，尿樣可冷藏（2-8℃）保存48小時(shí)，冷凍（-20℃）可保存1-2個(gè)月，忌反復(fù)凍融。檢測冷藏或冷凍的尿樣均應(yīng)先平衡至室溫。
• 尿樣若呈可見的渾濁狀，請離心或待其沉淀后再取上部清液檢測。

【檢驗(yàn)方法】

在進(jìn)行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書，使用前將本品和尿樣恢復(fù)至室溫（20℃～30℃）。

• 撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑盒，應(yīng)在1小時(shí)內(nèi)盡快使用。
• 將試劑盒置于干凈平坦的臺(tái)面上，用塑料吸管垂直滴加3滴無空氣泡的尿樣（約100µL）于加樣孔（S）中。
• 等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，3～5分鐘時(shí)直接觀察結(jié)果，10分鐘后判定無效。

【參考值（參考范圍）】

本品zui低檢出量指標(biāo)參照美國藥物濫用和精神健康服務(wù)管理局(SAMHSA)確定的陽性檢測臨界濃度的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行制定。能檢測出尼古丁含量不低于300ng/mL的樣本。

【檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的解釋】

陽性（+）：僅在控制區(qū)（C）出現(xiàn)一條紫紅色條帶，在檢測區(qū)（T）無紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。陽性結(jié)果表明尿液中的尼古丁濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以上。

陰性（-）：出現(xiàn)兩條紫紅色條帶。一條位于檢測區(qū)（T），另一條位于控制區(qū)（C）。陰性結(jié)果表明尿液中的尼古丁濃度在閾值（300ng/mL）以下。

無效：控制區(qū)（C）未出現(xiàn)紫紅色條帶。表明操作不當(dāng)或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應(yīng)再次仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新測試。如果問題仍然存在，應(yīng)立即停止使用此批號產(chǎn)品，并與當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商。

注意：檢測區(qū)（T）紫紅色條帶可呈現(xiàn)顏色深淺的現(xiàn)象。但是，在規(guī)定的觀察時(shí)間內(nèi)，不論該色帶顏色深淺，即使只有非常弱的色帶也應(yīng)判定為陰性結(jié)果。
