保存溫度：2-30度

一 撕開檢測卡鋁箔袋，取出袋內(nèi)金標卡。注意：不要讓袋內(nèi)材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境，撕開鋁箔袋后盡快使用。

二 將金標卡平放在臺面上；并將病人名字和編號寫在標簽上。

三 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標本，垂直加入金標卡上“加樣孔A”內(nèi)。

四 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭，在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。

四 在十五分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果。注意：必須在15分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果，如超時判斷，結(jié)果無效。

五 請遵循相關(guān)法規(guī)，妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。

六 觀察反應(yīng)判斷結(jié)果。

a. 僅有“C”處出現(xiàn)紅色反應(yīng)線，表明樣本為陰性。

b. “C”、“T2”處都出現(xiàn)紅色反應(yīng)線，表明樣本P.f 陰性而P.v/P.o/P.m三種瘧原蟲中有某一種或幾種為陽性。

c. “C”、“T2”、“T1”處都出現(xiàn)紅色反應(yīng)線，表明樣本P.f 陽性而P.v/P.o/P.m三種瘧原蟲可能為陰性也可能有某一種或幾種為陽性。

d. 當反應(yīng)條全部無色或“C”處出現(xiàn)無紅色反應(yīng)線而“T1”T2”出現(xiàn)紅色反應(yīng)線時表明試驗無效。

本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。
