       本試劑采用捕獲法和膠體金免疫層析法原理定性檢測人全血、血清或血漿樣本中的基孔肯雅病毒IgM抗體，可用于臨床基孔肯雅病毒早期感染的輔助診斷。本試劑僅供體外診斷使用。

【檢驗方法的局限性】

1.      本品僅用于體外診斷，僅供檢測人體全血、血清或血漿樣本。

2.      本檢測方法用于定性試驗，不能確定樣本中基孔肯雅病毒IgM抗體的含量。

3.      本品的檢測結(jié)果只作為臨床檢測的輔助診斷，不能作為確診依據(jù)。醫(yī)生應(yīng)結(jié)合其他臨床檢測方法及臨床數(shù)據(jù)做綜合判斷。
