       本試劑采用捕獲法和膠體金免疫層析法原理定性檢測人全血、血清或血漿樣本中的基孔肯雅病毒IgM抗體，可用于臨床基孔肯雅病毒早期感染的輔助診斷。本試劑僅供體外診斷使用。

【檢驗(yàn)方法】

1.        在進(jìn)行檢測前必須先完整閱讀使用說明書，使用前將檢測試劑和血液樣本恢復(fù)至室溫（20-30℃）。

2.        撕開鋁箔袋，取出試劑置于干凈平坦的臺面上

?    血清或血漿標(biāo)本：用滴管垂直滴入1滴血清或血漿標(biāo)本（約35μL）于試劑盒加樣孔中，并滴加2滴緩沖液，開始計(jì)時(shí)。

?    靜脈血標(biāo)本：用滴管垂直滴入2滴靜脈全血（約70μL）于試劑盒加樣孔中，并滴加1滴緩沖液，開始計(jì)時(shí)。

3.        等待紫紅色條帶的出現(xiàn)，15分鐘內(nèi)讀取結(jié)果，20分鐘后判定無效。

【檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果的解釋】

陽性：出現(xiàn)兩條紫紅色條帶。一條位于檢測區(qū)（T）內(nèi)，另一條位于控制區(qū)（C）內(nèi)。

陰性：僅在控制區(qū)（C）內(nèi)出現(xiàn)一條紫紅色條帶。

無效：控制區(qū)（C）內(nèi)無紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。表明操作不當(dāng)或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應(yīng)再次仔細(xì)閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新檢測。如果問題仍然存在，應(yīng)立即停止使用此批號產(chǎn)品，并與當(dāng)?shù)毓?yīng)商。
