則產(chǎn)生4種類型的擔(dān)孢子；交換發(fā)生在兩個(gè)基因位點(diǎn)時(shí)，又因染色體的排列而產(chǎn)生2種類型或4種類型的擔(dān)孢子。在擔(dān)子菌中，裂褶菌的親性和可能是真菌中zui為復(fù)雜的，已知它有450個(gè)A因子，90個(gè)B因子，AB兩個(gè)因子又各有α、β兩個(gè)位點(diǎn)，每個(gè)位點(diǎn)都有許多等位基因。兩個(gè)因子的作用不同，B因子與細(xì)胞核的轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān)，A因子與核的配對(duì)和 。擔(dān)子菌亞門約 12000種，通常下分兩綱，即有隔擔(dān)子菌綱和無隔包括傘菌目、多孔菌目、馬勃菌目等。許多現(xiàn)代學(xué)者主張，由于銹菌目和黑粉菌目都產(chǎn)生厚壁冬孢子，應(yīng)該把它們合稱為冬孢綱。因此，擔(dān)子菌亞門擔(dān)子菌的菌絲隔為桶孔隔膜又可分成冬孢菌綱、層菌綱和腹菌綱3綱。擔(dān)子菌中既有嚴(yán)重危害糧食作物和林木的病原菌，如黑菌粉、銹菌、木腐菌等，也有很多是有名食用菌，如蘑菇 、口蘑、香菇、側(cè)耳等，還有中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的貴重藥材，如黑木耳、銀耳、茯苓、靈芝等，有些大型菌類還含有抗癌物質(zhì)。
