諾如病毒，又稱諾瓦克病毒（Norwalk Viruses，NV [1]  ）是人類杯狀病毒科(Human Calicivirus，HuCV)中諾如病毒（Norovirus,NV）屬的一種病毒。是一組形態(tài)相似、抗原性略有不同的病毒顆粒。
諾如病毒感染性腹瀉在*范圍內(nèi)均有流行，全年均可發(fā)生感染，感染對(duì)象主要是成人和學(xué)齡兒童，寒冷季節(jié)呈現(xiàn)高發(fā)。美國(guó)每年在所有的非細(xì)菌性腹瀉暴發(fā)中，60-90%是由諾如病毒引起。荷蘭、英國(guó)、日本、澳大利亞等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家也都有類似結(jié)果。在中國(guó)5歲以下腹瀉兒童中，諾如病毒檢出率為15%左右，血清抗體水平調(diào)查表明中國(guó)人群中諾如病毒的感染亦十分普遍。
“諾如病毒”感染性腹瀉屬于自限性疾病，沒(méi)有疫苗和*藥物，公眾搞好個(gè)人衛(wèi)生、食品衛(wèi)生和飲水衛(wèi)生是預(yù)防本病的關(guān)鍵，要養(yǎng)成勤洗手、不喝生水、生熟食物分開(kāi)，避免交叉污染等健康生活習(xí)慣。

1968年，科學(xué)家在美國(guó)諾瓦克市暴發(fā)的一次急性腹瀉的患者糞便中分離出一種病毒病原。此后，世界各地陸續(xù)自胃腸炎患者糞便中分離出多種形態(tài)與之相似但抗原性略異的病毒樣顆粒，均以發(fā)現(xiàn)地點(diǎn)命名，如：Hawaii Virus（HV）、Snow Mountain Virus（SMV）、Mexico Virus（MxV）和Southampton Virus（SOV）等，先被稱為小圓結(jié)構(gòu)病毒（Small Round Structural Virus,SRSV），后稱為諾瓦克樣病毒（Norwalk-likevirus,NLV）。而在1995 年，中國(guó)報(bào)道了*諾如病毒感染，之后全國(guó)各地先后發(fā)生多起諾如病毒感染性腹瀉暴發(fā)疫情。2002年8月第八屆病毒命名委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)該病毒名稱為諾如病毒（Norovirus,NV）。

Norovirus, also known as Norwalk Viruses (NV [1]), is a virus of the Norovirus (NV) family in the Human Calicivirus (HuCV) family. It is a group of viral particles with similar morphology and slightly different antigenicity.
Norovirus infectious diarrhea is prevalent throughout the world, and infection can occur throughout the year. The infection is mainly among adults and school-age children, with high incidence in the cold season. Each year in the United States in all outbreaks of non-bacterial diarrhea, 60-70 90% is caused by the Norovirus. The developed countries such as the Netherlands, Britain, Japan and Australia have similar results. Among children with diarrhea below the age of 5 in China, the detection rate of norovirus was about 15%. Serum antibody level surveys showed that norovirus infection was also common in Chinese population.

In 1968, scientists isolated a viral pathogen in the excretion of an acute diarrhoea patient in the city of Norwalk, USA. Since then, a variety of similar but slightly antigenic virus-like particles have been isolated from the feces of gastroenteritis patients around the world, and have been named after the discovery site, such as: Hawaii virus (HV), snow mountain virus (SMV), Mexico. The virus (MxV) and Southampton virus (SOV) were first called the Norwalk-like virus (NLV). In 1995, China reported the first case of Norovirus infection, and then there have been more than one outbreak of Norovirus infectious diarrhea. In August 2002, the eighth International Virus Naming Commission approved the name of the virus Norovirus (Norovirus, NV).
