2．H抗原：為蛋白質(zhì)，對(duì)熱不穩(wěn)定，60℃經(jīng)15分鐘或乙醇處理被破壞。具有鞭毛的細(xì)菌經(jīng)甲醇液固定后，其O抗原全部被H抗原遮蓋，而不能與相應(yīng)抗O抗體反應(yīng)。H抗原的特異性取決于多肽鏈上氨基酸的排列順序和空間構(gòu)型。
沙門氏桿菌的H抗原有兩種，稱為第1相和第2相。第1相特異性高，又稱特異相，用a、b、c等表示，第2相特異性低，為數(shù)種沙門氏桿菌所共有，也稱非特異相，用1、2、3等表示。具有第1相和第2相H抗原的細(xì)菌稱為雙相菌，僅有一相者稱單相菌。每一組沙門氏桿菌根據(jù)H抗原不同，可進(jìn)一步分種或型。H抗原刺激機(jī)體主要產(chǎn)生lgG抗體。
3．Vi抗原：因與毒力有關(guān)而命名為Vi抗原。由聚-N-乙酰-D-半乳糖胺糖醛酸組成。不穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)60℃加熱、石碳酸處理或人工傳代培養(yǎng)易破壞或丟失。新從患者標(biāo)本中分離出的傷寒桿菌、丙型副傷寒桿菌等有此抗原。Vi抗原存在于細(xì)菌表面，可阻止O抗原與其相應(yīng)抗體的反應(yīng)。Vi抗原的抗原性弱。當(dāng)體內(nèi)菌存在時(shí)可產(chǎn)生一定量抗體；細(xì)菌被清除后，抗體也隨之消失。故測(cè)定Vi抗體有助于對(duì)傷寒帶菌者的檢出。
2. H antigen: a protein that is thermally unstable and destroyed at 60°C for 15 minutes or ethanol treatment. After the bacteria with flagella were immobilized in methanol solution, all of their O antigens were covered by H antigen and could not react with the corresponding anti-O antibodies. The specificity of the H antigen depends on the order and spatial configuration of the amino acids on the polypeptide chain.
There are two types of Salmonella H antigen, which are called the first phase and the second phase. The first phase has a high specificity, also known as a specific phase, and is represented by a, b, c, etc. The second phase has a low specificity and is shared by several Salmonella species, and is also called a non-specific phase. It is expressed as 1, 2, 3, etc. . Bacteria having the first phase and second phase H antigens are called biphasic bacteria and only one phase is called monophagic bacteria. Each group of Salmonella is different depending on the H antigen and can be further divided or typed. H antigen stimulates the body to produce lgG antibodies.
3. Vi antigen: named as Vi antigen due to its virulence. It consists of poly-N-acetyl-D-galactosamine uronic acid. Unstable, easily destroyed or lost by heating at 60°C, treatment with stearic acid, or artificial subculture. Newly isolated from the patient's specimens of typhoid bacillus, paratyphoid paratyphoid bacillus and other antigens. The Vi antigen is present on the surface of the bacteria and prevents the reaction of the O antigen with its corresponding antibody. Vi antigens are weakly antigenic. A certain amount of antibodies can be produced when bacteria are present in the body; after the bacteria are removed, the antibodies disappear. Therefore, the determination of Vi antibody helps detection of typhoid carriers.
