第十五屆中國(guó)（）檢驗(yàn)醫(yī)學(xué)暨輸血儀器試劑博覽會(huì)健侖體驗(yàn)

紫杉酚(txol)，能促進(jìn)微管的聚合，并使已 形成的微管穩(wěn)定，然而這種穩(wěn)定性會(huì)破壞微管的正常功能。在人類至少發(fā)現(xiàn)兩種明顯區(qū)別的α-微管蛋白及三種明顯區(qū)別的β- 微管基因，它們產(chǎn)生具有特定功能的微管蛋白mRN，由于這些編 碼在結(jié)構(gòu)組分上十分近似蛋白質(zhì)分子，在不同組織存在多少特異性 的具有差異表達(dá)的微管蛋白亞型，尚待深入研究。除了α-與β-微管蛋白有編碼相似的不同變異型，近幾年來又發(fā)現(xiàn) 了多種編碼差異更大的新的微管蛋白，形成不同的基因家族。其中 gmm微管蛋白位于細(xì)胞內(nèi)的微管組織中心（microtubule  orgnizing center, MTOC），是用以提供α及β微管蛋白進(jìn)行 聚合反應(yīng)形成微管的起始核心。而delt與epsilon則被認(rèn)為與中 心體(centrosome)的結(jié)構(gòu)與形成有關(guān)。其他尚有et, zet,  thet等等多種變異，不過通常僅存在少數(shù)幾種真核單細(xì)胞生物如 原蟲或纖毛蟲里，可能跟這些生物*的結(jié)構(gòu)與生理習(xí)性有關(guān)，進(jìn) 一步詳情仍待研究 。

These drugs can be used to destroy microtubule function to prevent cell division and become a new hope for cancer treatment. In humans, at least two distinctly different alpha-tubulins and three distinctly different beta-tubulin genes have been discovered. They produce the specific function of the tubulin mRN. Because these codes are structural components that closely approximate the protein molecule, How much specific differentially expressed tubulin isoforms exist in different tissues remains to be further studied. In addition to the different variants encoded by α- and β-tubulin, in recent years, a number of new tubulins with different coding differences have been discovered to form different gene families. The microtubule organizing center (MTOC) of gmm tubulin is located in the cell, which is used to provide the starting core for the formation of microtubules by the polymerization of alpha and beta tubulin. Delt and epsilon are thought to be related to the structure and formation of the centrosome. There are many variants such as et, zet, thet, etc., but usually there are only a few eukaryotic unicellular organisms such as protozoa or ciliates, which may be related to the unique structure and physiological habits of these organisms.
