() desmin filaments: distributed in myocytes, in the striated muscle cells, the fine mesh formed by the dendritic filaments connects the adjacent myofibrils and aligns the sarcomere positions; in the Z-mesh strands, the mesh is surrounded by fine meshes. Myofibrils and connect with the cell membrane. In smooth muscle cells, connective filaments form a three-dimensional network between dense and dense plaques and connect to actin filaments. In conclusion, the deproteinized filament acts as a cytoskeletal network of muscle cells and exerts a fixed and mechanical integration.
