①I(mǎi)gG 是血清中含量zui多的免疫球蛋白，*能通過(guò)胎盤(pán)的抗體，具有 抗菌、抗病毒、抗毒素等特性，對(duì)毒性產(chǎn)物起中和、沉淀、補(bǔ)體 結(jié)合作用，臨床上所用丙種球蛋白即為IgG。②IgM是分子量zui大 的免疫球蛋白，是個(gè)體發(fā)育中zui先合成的抗體，因?yàn)樗且环N巨 球蛋白，故不能通過(guò)胎盤(pán)。血清中檢出特異性IgM，作為傳染病早 期診斷的標(biāo)志，揭示新近感染或持續(xù)感染，具有調(diào)理、殺菌、凝 集作用。③IgA有兩型即分泌與血清型。分泌型IgA存在于鼻、支 氣管分泌物、唾液、胃腸液及初乳中。其作用是將病原體粘附于 粘膜表面，阻止擴(kuò)散。血清型IgA，免疫功能尚不*清楚。 ④IgE是出現(xiàn)zui晚的免疫球蛋白，可致敏肥大細(xì)胞及嗜堿性粒細(xì)胞 ，使之脫顆粒，釋放組織胺。寄生蟲(chóng)感染，血清IgE含量增高。⑤ IgD其免疫功能不清。還有一類(lèi)無(wú)T與B淋巴細(xì)胞標(biāo)志的細(xì)胞，具有 抗體依賴(lài)細(xì)胞介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞毒作用能殺傷特異性抗體結(jié)合的靶細(xì)胞 ，又稱(chēng)殺傷細(xì)胞（Killer cell），簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)K細(xì)胞，參與ADCC效應(yīng)， 在抗病毒，抗寄生蟲(chóng)感染中起殺作用。

The gamma globulin used in clinical practice is IgG. . 2IgM is the most immunoglobulin of the highest molecular weight and is the first antibody synthesized in an individual's development. Because it is a macroglobulin, it cannot pass through the placenta. Specific IgM was detected in serum as a marker for early diagnosis of infectious diseases, revealing recent infections or persistent infections, with conditioning, bactericidal, and agglutinative effects. There are two types of 3IgA, secretory and serotypes. Secretory IgA is present in the nose, tracheal secretions, saliva, gastrointestinal fluid, and colostrum. Its role is to adhere pathogens to the mucosal surface, preventing proliferation. Serotype IgA, the immune function is not compley clear. 4IgE is the latest immunoglobulin that can sensitize mast cells and basophils to degranulate and release histamine. Parasite infection, serum IgE levels increased. 5 IgD has unclear immune function. There are also a class of cells that have no T and B lymphocyte markers and have antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity that kills specific antibody-bound target cells. Also known as Killer cells, or K cells for short, participate in the ADCC effect. In the anti-virus, anti-parasitic infections play a role.
