    目前根據(jù)活化狀態(tài) 和發(fā)揮功能的不同,巨噬細胞主要可分為M1型即經(jīng)典活化的巨噬細 胞(classicallyactivatedmacrophage),和M2型即替代性活化的 巨噬細胞(alternativelyactivatedmacrophage)。巨噬細胞是 一種異質(zhì)性的細胞體,在體內(nèi)復(fù)雜的微環(huán)境中,表現(xiàn)出*的 表型和功能 。Mantovani等 認為巨噬細胞存在一系 列連續(xù)的功 能狀態(tài),而M1型和M2型巨噬細胞是 這一連續(xù)狀態(tài)兩個。M1型 巨噬細胞通過分泌促炎性細胞因子和趨化因子,并專職提呈抗原, 參與正向免疫應(yīng)答,發(fā)揮免疫監(jiān)視的功能;M2型巨噬細胞僅有較弱 抗原提呈能力,并通過分泌抑制性細胞因子IL-10和/或TGF-B等下 調(diào)免疫應(yīng)答,在免疫調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮重要作用。通過表型鑒定巨噬細胞 的類型,在研究巨噬細胞在不同生理和病理條件下所發(fā)揮的功能具 有重要的意義。
然而,至今仍沒有*的表型標志來鑒定和區(qū)分不 同類型的巨噬細胞,M1型和M2型巨噬細胞的表型特征尚無定論。特 異性免疫(specific immunity)又稱獲得性免疫或適應(yīng)性免疫， 這種免疫只針對一種病原。
According to the difference in activation state and function, macrophages can be mainly divided into M1 type, namely classically activated macrophages, and M2 type, alternatively activated macrophages. Macrophage is a highly heterogeneous cell body that displays a unique phenotype and function in a complex microenvironment in vivo. Mantovani et al. believe that macrophages have a series of continuous functional states, while M1 and M2 macrophages are at the extremes of this continuous state. M1 macrophages secrete pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, and present antigens on a full-time basis, participate in a positive immune response, and exert immune surveillance functions; M2 macrophages have only weak antigen presentation capabilities, and By secreting the suppressive cytokines IL-10 and/or TGF-B, etc. down-regulate the immune response, it plays an important role in immune regulation. Identification of the type of macrophages by phenotype has important implications for studying the functions of macrophages under different physiological and pathological conditions.
However, there are still no recognized phenotypic markers to identify and distinguish different types of macrophages. The phenotypic characteristics of M1 and M2 macrophages are still inconclusive. Specific immunity, also known as acquired immunity or adaptive immunity, is specific to one pathogen.
