【流感知識】

流感嗜血桿菌是一種沒有運動力的革蘭氏陰性桿菌。它是于1892年由費佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中發(fā)現(xiàn)。它一般都是好氧生物，但可以成長為兼性厭氧生物。
流感嗜血桿菌zui初被誤認為是流行性感冒的病因，但直至1933年，當發(fā)現(xiàn)流行性感冒的病毒性病原后，才消除了這種誤解。不過，流感嗜血桿菌仍會導致其他不同種類的病癥。

② 腎小球毛細血管壁 的結構復雜，由內(nèi)皮細胞、基底膜和上皮細胞組成，從而保證了 腎小球毛細血管的選擇性濾過功能，另一方面也可使血流中的一 些特殊  絕大多數(shù)的過敏性休克屬Ⅰ型反應。外界的抗原性物質(zhì) （某些藥物是不全抗原，進入人體后與蛋白質(zhì)結合成為全抗原） 進入體內(nèi)能激免疫系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生相應的IgE抗體，其中IgE的產(chǎn)量因體 質(zhì)不同而有較大差異。這些特異性IgE有較強的親細胞特質(zhì)，能與 皮膚、支氣管、血管壁等的“靶細胞”結合。此后當同一抗原物 質(zhì)再次與已致敏的機體接觸時，就能激發(fā)廣泛的Ⅰ型反應，其中 各種炎性細胞釋放的組胺、血小板激活因子等是造成組織水腫、 滲出的主要生物活性物質(zhì)。臨床表現(xiàn)過敏性休克的表現(xiàn)與嚴重程 度因機體反應性、抗原進入量及途徑等不同而有很大差別。本病 大都突然發(fā)生，約半數(shù)以上患者在接受病因抗原（如青霉素G注射 等）5分鐘內(nèi)發(fā)生癥狀，僅10%患者癥狀起于半小時以后，極少數(shù) 患者在連續(xù)用藥的過程中出現(xiàn)。過敏性休克有兩大特點：其一是 休克表現(xiàn)，出汗、面色蒼白、脈速而弱，四肢濕冷、發(fā)紺，煩躁 不安、意識不清或*喪失，血壓迅速下降乃至測不出，脈搏消 失，zui終導致心跳停止；其二是在休克出現(xiàn)之前或同時，伴有一 些過敏相關的癥狀。
