【流感知識】

流感嗜血桿菌是一種沒有運動力的革蘭氏陰性桿菌。它是于1892年由費佛博士在流行性感冒的瘟疫中發(fā)現(xiàn)。它一般都是好氧生物，但可以成長為兼性厭氧生物。
流感嗜血桿菌zui初被誤認為是流行性感冒的病因，但直至1933年，當發(fā)現(xiàn)流行性感冒的病毒性病原后，才消除了這種誤解。不過，流感嗜血桿菌仍會導致其他不同種類的病癥。

 *中間宿主為生活于淡水的川卷螺類。第二中間宿主 為淡水蟹和蝲蛄。生活史過程包括卵、毛蚴、胞蚴、母雷蚴、子 雷蚴、尾蚴、蚴（脫后稱后尾蚴）、童蟲及成蟲等階段。成蟲主 要寄生于肺，所形成的蟲往往與支氣管相通，蟲卵經(jīng)氣隨痰或吞 入后隨糞便排出。卵入水后，在適宜條件下約經(jīng)3周左右發(fā)育成熟 并孵出毛蚴。毛蚴在水中活動，如遇川卷螺，則侵入并發(fā)育，經(jīng) 過胞蚴、母雷蚴、子雷蚴的發(fā)育和無性增殖階段，zui后形成許多 具有小球形尾的短尾蚴。成熟的尾蚴從螺體逸出后，侵入淡水蟹 或蝲蛄，或隨螺體一起被吞食而進入第二中間宿主體內。在蟹和 蝲蛄肌肉、內臟或腮上形成球形或近球形蚴。蚴直徑約300-400μ m，具兩層壁。人吃了含有蚴的淡水蟹或蝲蛄而感染。蚴經(jīng)消化液 作用，在小腸內幼蟲脫而出。童蟲靠前端腺分泌液及強有力的活 動，穿過腸壁進入腹腔，徘徊于各之間或鄰近組織及腹壁。經(jīng)過 1-3周竄擾后，穿過膈經(jīng)胸腔進入肺。在移行過程中，蟲體逐漸長 大，zui后在肺中形成蟲。中一般含有兩條蟲，有時也可見3條或多 于3條的蟲在一蟲者。
