肺部病變及癥狀：幼蟲在肺內(nèi)移行可引起出血，或炎性細(xì)胞浸潤，重度感染患者可出現(xiàn)咳嗽、多痰、哮喘等，個別患者可出現(xiàn)呼吸困難、紫紺或伴發(fā)細(xì)菌性支氣管肺炎等。如蟲體定居于肺、支氣管時，則癥狀更加嚴(yán)重，持續(xù)時間也長。消化道病變及癥狀：雌蟲在腸粘膜內(nèi)產(chǎn)卵，并很快孵出幼蟲，由于蟲體機械性激及毒性作用，引起組織的炎癥反應(yīng)。輕者表現(xiàn)為以粘膜充血為主的卡他性腸炎；嚴(yán)重時，可表現(xiàn)為水腫性腸炎或潰瘍性腸炎。甚至引起腸壁糜爛，導(dǎo)致腸穿孔，并可累及胃可結(jié)腸?；颊哂猩细共繜聘?、惡心、嘔吐或間斷性反復(fù)腹瀉等癥狀。并伴有發(fā)熱、貧血、周身不適及嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞增多（重癥可不增高）等。此外，絲狀蚴也可移行到全身各，如心、肝、腎、胰、腦及泌尿生殖系統(tǒng)等處，并可形成肉芽腫。從而引起多性損傷，導(dǎo)致彌散性糞類圓線蟲病。其發(fā)生的機制，可能與患者細(xì)胞免疫功能減退有關(guān)。
