寄生于人體的疥螨為人疥螨（Sarcoptes scabiei）。疥螨成蟲(chóng)體近圓形或橢圓形，背面隆起，乳白或淺黃色。雌螨大小 為 0.3～0.5×0.25～0.4 mm；雄螨為 0.2～0.3×0.15～0.2mm。顎體短小，位于前端。螯肢如鉗狀，*有小齒，適於嚙食宿主皮膚的角質(zhì)層組織。須肢分三節(jié)。無(wú)眼和氣門(mén)。軀體背面有橫形的波狀橫紋和成列的鱗片狀皮棘，軀體后半部有幾對(duì)桿狀剛毛和長(zhǎng)鬃。腹面光滑，僅有少數(shù)剛毛和4對(duì)足。足短粗，分 5 節(jié)，呈圓錐形。前兩對(duì)足與后兩對(duì)足之間的距離較大，足的基部有角質(zhì)內(nèi)突。雌雄螨前 2 對(duì)足的末端均有具長(zhǎng)柄的爪墊，稱(chēng)吸墊（ambulacra）。為感覺(jué)靈敏部份；后2對(duì)足的末端雌雄不同，雌蟲(chóng)均為長(zhǎng)剛毛，而雄蟲(chóng)的第4對(duì)足末端具吸墊。雌螨的產(chǎn)卵孔位于后 2 對(duì)足之前的中央，呈橫裂縫狀。雄螨的外生殖器位于第 4 對(duì)足之間略后處。兩者的肛門(mén)都位于軀體后緣正中。疥螨生活史分為卵、幼蟲(chóng)、前若蟲(chóng)、后若蟲(chóng)和成蟲(chóng)五個(gè)期。
The parasitic parasite in the human body is Sarcoptes scabiei. The adult worms are nearly round or oval in shape and have a raised, white or light yellow back. The female size is 0.3-0.5×0.25-0.4 mm; the male size is 0.2-0.3×0.15-0.2 mm. The body is short and located at the front end. The talus is clamped and the tip has small teeth that are suitable for the stratum corneum of the host's skin. The beard is divided into three sections. No eyes and valves. The back of the body has transverse wavy stripes and scaly scallops in rows. The back of the body has several pairs of rod-shaped bristles and long beaks. The ventral surface is smooth with only a few bristles and four pairs of feet. The feet are short and thick, 5 sections, conical. The distance between the first two pairs of feet and the last two pairs of feet is larger, and the base of the foot has horny protrusions. Both front and rear feet of the two pairs of feet have claws with long handles, called ambulacra. In order to feel the sensitive part; the rear two pairs of feet are different in the end male and female, the females are long bristles, and the male has a fourth pair of foot pads. The female ovipositor hole is located in the center of the posterior 2 pairs of feet and is transversely slit. The male genitalia is located slightly behind the fourth pair of feet. Both anus are located in the middle of the back of the body. The life history of cockroaches is divided into five stages: eggs, larvae, pre-nymphs, post-nymphs and adults.
