盲腸是結(jié)腸的起始端，也是結(jié)腸壁zui薄，位 置zui表淺的部分，長(zhǎng)約6.25cm，寬7.5cm。盲腸的前方和外側(cè)有膜覆蓋，前面與大網(wǎng)膜及前腹壁相鄰，后面與髂肌和腰大肌相，其位置極不恒定，可高至肝下或低至盆腔內(nèi)，有的系膜較長(zhǎng)， 
十分活動(dòng)。盲腸的內(nèi)后方與回腸末端相結(jié)合，其頂端內(nèi)側(cè)有闌尾 
。在回腸進(jìn)盲腸壁入口處有回盲瓣，回盲瓣由上下兩個(gè)唇狀皺襞 
組成。瓣兩端與回腸和盲腸的環(huán)狀括約肌所形成的系膜相連接， 
這些環(huán)形肌進(jìn)入上下兩瓣中，使回盲瓣具有括約肌功能，可防止 
大腸內(nèi)容物反流進(jìn)小腸，也可控制食糜不致過快地進(jìn)入大腸，使 
食物在小腸內(nèi)得以充分的消化和吸收。
(2)升結(jié)腸：下端接盲腸，上緣在肝下與橫結(jié)腸相連，長(zhǎng)12～20cm 
；前面及兩側(cè)有腹膜遮蓋，使其固定于腹后壁及腹側(cè)壁；前方有 
小腸及大網(wǎng)膜和腹前壁；后方借疏松結(jié)締組織與腹后壁相連，由 
上向下有右，腰背筋膜，內(nèi)側(cè)有十二指腸降部、右輸尿管，手

(3)橫結(jié)腸：是結(jié)腸zui長(zhǎng)zui活動(dòng)部分，長(zhǎng)40～50cm，在肝曲與升結(jié)

腸上方是胃，下方是小腸，后方借結(jié)腸系膜附著胰腺，前方被大
