結(jié)腸分升結(jié)腸、橫結(jié)腸、降結(jié)腸和乙狀結(jié)腸4部， 
大部分固定于腹后壁，結(jié)腸的排列酷似英文字母“M”，將小腸包 
圍在內(nèi)。結(jié)腸的直徑自其起端6cm，逐漸遞減為乙狀結(jié)腸末端的 
2.5cm，這是結(jié)腸腸腔zui狹細(xì)的部位。肉眼觀察腸壁的黏膜染紫色 
，向外依次為黏膜下層，肌層及外膜。黏膜和部分黏膜下層向腸 
腔內(nèi)的突起為半環(huán)形皺襞的斷面，肌層局部的膨大為結(jié)腸帶.低倍 
和高倍觀察。
(1)黏膜：無(wú)絨毛和環(huán)形皺襞.由內(nèi)向外分為三層.
①上皮：為單層柱狀上皮，含較多的杯狀細(xì)胞.
②固有層：含大量腸腺和較多淋巴組織.腸腺為單管狀腺，開(kāi)口在 
黏膜表面.細(xì)胞組成與上皮相同，無(wú)潘氏細(xì)胞.
③黏膜肌層：為內(nèi)環(huán)形，外縱行兩層平滑肌.
(2)黏膜下層：疏松結(jié)締組織，含較大的血管，神經(jīng)，淋巴管及脂 
肪細(xì)胞，無(wú)腸腺.
(3)肌層：為內(nèi)環(huán)形和外縱行兩層平滑肌.外縱肌在局部增厚形成 
結(jié)腸帶.可見(jiàn)幾條結(jié)腸帶
(4)外膜：為纖維膜或漿膜.
結(jié)腸長(zhǎng)約130cm，約為小腸的四分之一。結(jié)腸比小腸短而粗，盲腸 
直徑7.5cm，向遠(yuǎn)側(cè)逐漸變小，乙狀結(jié)腸末端直徑只有2.5cm。
結(jié)腸的解剖特點(diǎn)有三：
①結(jié)腸帶：為腸壁縱肌纖維形成的3條狹窄的縱行帶。結(jié)腸帶在盲 
腸、升結(jié)腸及橫結(jié)腸較為清楚，從降結(jié)腸至乙狀結(jié)腸逐漸不明顯 
。
②結(jié)腸袋：由于結(jié)腸帶比附著的結(jié)腸短六分之一，因而結(jié)腸壁縮 
成了許多囊狀袋，稱(chēng)結(jié)腸袋。
③腸脂垂：由腸壁黏膜下的脂肪組織集聚而成。在結(jié)腸壁上，尤 
其是在結(jié)腸帶附近有多數(shù)腸脂垂，在乙狀結(jié)腸較多并有蒂。腸脂 
垂的外面為腹膜所包裹，有時(shí)內(nèi)含脂肪量過(guò)多，可發(fā)生扭轉(zhuǎn)，甚
