由于血清抗體效價(jià)不高，須采取雙份血清檢測(cè)，以效價(jià)增高4倍作為診斷依據(jù)。腸炎編輯腸炎是指腸粘膜急性或慢性炎病。腸炎可作為僅侵害小腸的一種獨(dú)立疾病，但更常見(jiàn)的是胃、小腸和結(jié)腸的廣泛炎癥。通常所說(shuō)的腸炎是包括胃、小腸和結(jié)腸炎癥的通稱(chēng)。（1）消化道癥狀：惡心、嘔吐、腹痛、腹瀉是本病的主要癥狀。嘔吐起病急驟，常先有惡心，繼之則嘔吐，嘔吐物多為胃內(nèi)容物。嚴(yán)重者可嘔吐膽汁或血性物。腹痛以中上腹為多見(jiàn)，嚴(yán)重者可呈陣發(fā)痛。腹瀉表現(xiàn)為水樣便，每天數(shù)次至數(shù)十次不等，伴有惡臭、多為深黃色或帶綠色便，很少帶有膿血，無(wú)里急后重感。（2）全身癥狀：一般全身的癥狀輕微，嚴(yán)重病人有發(fā)熱、失水、酸中毒、休克等癥狀，偶可表現(xiàn)為急性上消化道出血。（3）體征方面：早期或輕病例可無(wú)任何體征。查體時(shí)可有上腹部或臍周有輕壓痛、腸鳴音常明顯亢進(jìn)，一般患者的病程短，數(shù)天內(nèi)可好轉(zhuǎn)自愈。概述空腸彎曲菌腸炎是由空腸彎曲菌引起的急性腸道傳染病。臨床以發(fā)熱、腹痛、血性便、糞便中有較多中性白細(xì)胞q和紅細(xì)胞為特征。彎曲菌zui早于1909年自流產(chǎn)的牛、羊體內(nèi)分離出，稱(chēng)為胎兒弧菌（vibriofetus），1947年從人體*分離同該菌。病因（一）傳染源主要是動(dòng)物，彎曲菌屬?gòu)V泛散布在各種動(dòng)物體內(nèi)，其中以家禽、野禽和家畜帶菌zui多。其次在嚙齒類(lèi)動(dòng)物也分離出彎曲菌。（二）傳播途徑糞一口是主要的傳播途徑。（三）易感性人普遍易感。發(fā)展中國(guó)家5歲以下的兒童發(fā)病率zui高，尤其1歲以?xún)?nèi)者。發(fā)病率隨年齡升高而下降。發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家衛(wèi)生條件較好的發(fā)展空腸彎曲菌分離率以10～29歲年齡zui高，說(shuō)明成人對(duì)本病的免疫力并不比兒童強(qiáng)。癥狀潛伏期1～10天，平均5天。食物中毒型潛伏期可僅20小時(shí)。初期有頭痛、發(fā)熱、肌肉酸痛等前驅(qū)癥狀，隨后出現(xiàn)腹瀉、惡心嘔吐。驟起者開(kāi)始發(fā)熱、腹痛腹瀉。發(fā)熱約占56.3～60%，一般為低到中度發(fā)熱，體溫38℃左右。個(gè)別可高熱達(dá)40℃，伴有全身不適。兒童高熱可伴有驚厥。
