中國目前的法定傳染病有甲、乙、丙3類，共39種。如病毒，又稱諾瓦克病毒（Norwalk Viruses，NV）是人類杯狀病毒科(Human Calicivirus，HuCV)中諾如病毒（Norovirus,NV）屬的原型代表株。它是一組形態(tài)相似、抗原性略有不同的病毒顆粒。
諾如病毒zui早是從1968年在美國諾瓦克市暴發(fā)的一次急性腹瀉患者糞便中分離的病原。2002年8月第八屆病毒命名委員會批準(zhǔn)名稱為諾如病毒，它與在日本發(fā)現(xiàn)的札幌樣病毒，合稱為人類杯狀病毒。
由于諾如病毒感染病是一種常見的腸道傳染病，容易在人群密集的場所發(fā)生局部聚集病例。因而我們應(yīng)共同做好預(yù)防工作。
1.注意個人衛(wèi)生，勤洗手。
2.不吃生冷食品和未煮熟煮透的食物，減少到校外的餐廳就餐，特別是無牌無證的街邊小店。
3.減少外出要會和參與大型活動機(jī)會，杜絕傳染渠道。
4.一有情況，立刻就診，并報告所在單位、社區(qū)。
甲類傳染病
甲類傳染病也稱為強(qiáng)制管理傳染病，包括：鼠疫、霍亂。對此類傳染病發(fā)生后報告疫情的時限，對病人、病原攜帶者的隔離疫區(qū)的處理等，均強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行。
乙類傳染病
乙類傳染病也稱為嚴(yán)格管理傳染病，包括：傳染性非典型肺炎、艾滋病、病毒性肝炎、脊髓灰質(zhì)炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、麻疹、流行性出血熱、狂犬病、流行性乙型腦炎、登革熱、炭疽、細(xì)菌性和阿米巴性痢疾、肺結(jié)核、傷寒和副傷寒、流行性腦脊髓膜炎、百日咳、白喉、新生兒破傷風(fēng)、猩紅熱、布魯氏菌病、淋病、梅毒、鉤端螺旋體病、血吸蟲病、瘧疾、甲型H1N1流感（原稱人感染豬流感）。對此類傳染病要嚴(yán)格按照有關(guān)規(guī)定和防治方案進(jìn)行預(yù)防和控制。其中，傳染性非典型肺炎、炭疽中的肺炭疽、人感染高致病性禽流感和甲型H1N1流感這四種傳染病雖被納入乙類，但可直接采取甲類傳染病的預(yù)防、控制措施。

（白喉、阿米巴痢疾和細(xì)菌性痢疾、登革熱、淋病、AIDS、炭疽)
丙類傳染病
丙類傳染病也稱為監(jiān)測管理傳染病，包括：流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎、風(fēng)疹、急性出血性結(jié)膜炎、麻風(fēng)病、流行性和地方性斑疹傷寒、黑熱病、包蟲病、絲蟲病，除霍亂、細(xì)菌性和阿米巴性痢疾、傷寒和副傷寒以外的感染性腹瀉病。

諾如病毒是一組杯狀病毒科的病毒，以前也稱之為“諾瓦克樣病毒”。諾如病毒變異快、環(huán)境抵抗力強(qiáng)、感染劑量低，感染后潛伏期短、排毒時間長、免疫保護(hù)時間短，且傳播途徑多樣、全人群普遍易感，因此，諾如病毒具有高度傳染性和快速傳播能力。諾如病毒感染影響胃和腸道，引起胃腸炎或“胃腸流感”，發(fā)病的主要表現(xiàn)為腹瀉和/或嘔吐，我們通常稱之為急性胃腸炎。
諾如病毒傳染性強(qiáng)，所有人群均易感。病人發(fā)病前至康復(fù)后2周，均可在糞便中檢到諾如病毒，但患病期和康復(fù)后三天內(nèi)是傳染性zui強(qiáng)的時期。
糞－口途徑是主要傳播方式，也可以通過污染的水源、食物、物品、空氣等傳播。由于病人的嘔吐物和糞便可形成氣溶膠，與病人接觸可傳染。隱性感染者及健康攜帶者均可為傳染源，病人的嘔吐物和糞便在自然界中污染水或間接污染食品，很容易造成暴發(fā)。暴發(fā)期間空氣和污染物也是不容忽視的傳播媒介。暴發(fā)中涉及的食物廣泛，以貝類、沙拉、三明治、蛋糕、冰霜、冰塊、飲水和木莓等直接食用品為主，其中貝類很可能來自污染水域，諾瓦克病毒可以在貝類生物體內(nèi)累積，而且用消滅大腸桿菌的方法不能凈化，木莓也因污水澆灌而遭污染。
通常通過以下途徑獲得感染：
⑴食用或飲用被諾如病毒污染的食物或水；
⑵觸摸被諾如病毒污染的物體或表面，然后將手指放入口中；
⑶接觸過諾如病毒感染患者，如照顧患者、與患者分享食物或共用餐具。
諾如病毒在密閉場所中（如托幼機(jī)構(gòu)、幼兒園、學(xué)校、養(yǎng)老院、游船等）傳播速度快，易引起暴發(fā)。

潛伏期多在24～48h，zui短12h，zui長72h。感染者發(fā)病突然，主要癥狀為exin、嘔吐、發(fā)熱、腹痛和腹瀉。兒童患者嘔吐普遍，成人患者腹瀉為多，24h內(nèi)腹瀉4～8次，糞便為稀水便或水樣便，無粘液膿血。大便常規(guī)鏡檢WBC<15，未見RBC。原發(fā)感染患者的嘔吐癥狀明顯多于續(xù)發(fā)感染者，有些病人僅表現(xiàn)出嘔吐癥狀。此外，頭痛、發(fā)熱、寒顫和肌肉痛也是常見癥狀，嚴(yán)重者出現(xiàn)脫水癥狀。
