 起初,神經(jīng)是由具強嗜堿性的圓柱上皮細胞構成 ,以后其中一部分細胞經(jīng)成神經(jīng)細胞而成為神經(jīng)細胞,其它部分則分 化為神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細胞和室管膜細胞等。神經(jīng)管和神經(jīng)嵴的發(fā)生和早期分 化。人胚第3周初,在脊索的誘導下,出現(xiàn)了由神經(jīng)外胚層構成的神經(jīng) 板。隨著脊索的延長,神經(jīng)板也逐漸長大并形成神經(jīng)溝。在相當于枕 部體節(jié)的平面上,神經(jīng)溝首先愈合成管,愈合過程向頭、尾兩端進展 ,zui后在頭尾兩端各有一開口,分別稱前神經(jīng)孔(anteriorneu- ropore)和后神經(jīng)孔(posteriorneuropore)。胚胎第25天左右, 前神經(jīng)孔閉合,第27天左右,后神經(jīng)孔閉合,完整的神經(jīng)管形成。神 經(jīng)管的前段膨大,衍化為腦;后段較細,衍化為脊髓。在由神經(jīng)溝愈 合為神經(jīng)管的過程中,神經(jīng)溝邊緣與表面外胚層相延續(xù)的一部分神經(jīng) 外胚層細胞游離出來,形成左右兩條與神經(jīng)管平行的細胞索,位于表 面外胚層的下方,神經(jīng)管的背外側(cè),稱神經(jīng)嵴(neuralcrest)神經(jīng) 嵴分化為周圍神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的神經(jīng)節(jié)和神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細胞、腎上腺髓質(zhì)的嗜鉻 細胞、黑色素細胞、濾泡旁細胞、頸動脈體I型細胞等。另外,神經(jīng)嵴 頭段的部分細胞還可變?yōu)殚g充質(zhì)細胞,并由此分化為頭頸部的部分骨 、軟骨、肌肉及結(jié)締組織。因此,這部分神經(jīng)嵴組織又稱為中外胚 (mesoectoderm)。神經(jīng)板由單層柱狀上皮構成,稱神經(jīng)上皮 (neuroepitheliuim)。當神經(jīng)管形成后,管壁變?yōu)榧購蛯又鶢钌掀?,上皮的基膜較厚,稱外界膜(externallimitingmembrane)。神 經(jīng)上皮細胞不斷分裂增殖,部分細胞遷至神經(jīng)上皮的外周,成為成神 經(jīng)細胞(neuroblast)。之后,神經(jīng)上皮細胞又分化出成神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細 胞(glioblast),也遷至神經(jīng)上皮的外周。于是,在神經(jīng)上皮的外 周由成神經(jīng)細胞和成膠質(zhì)細胞構成一層新細胞層,稱套層 (mantlelayer)。原來的神經(jīng)上皮停止分化,變成一層立方形或接 柱狀細胞,稱室管膜層(ependvmallaver)。
