【預(yù)期用途】

用于待測致敏紅細胞樣本的預(yù)處理，使致敏紅細胞樣本中的待測抗體從與細胞結(jié)合的狀態(tài)中解離釋放出來。以便于使用體外診斷試劑或儀器對待測抗體進行檢測。

【檢驗原理】

紅細胞上的抗原與血清中抗體在適合條件下發(fā)生致敏，這種結(jié)合在一定條件下是可逆的。將已致敏的紅細胞懸浮于低pH值的甘氨酸溶液中，抗體蛋白又可以從結(jié)合的紅細胞上解離釋放出來。離心取上清解離的放散液，此液中含有從紅細胞表面解離釋放出來的抗體蛋白，經(jīng)Tris緩沖液調(diào)節(jié)pH至中性后此上清放散液可用于相關(guān)抗體的檢測和鑒定；而解離釋放后的紅細胞經(jīng)洗滌后可用于血型定型、自身抗體的吸收等。

【主要組成成份】

1.溶液I：主要組分為甘氨酸(C₂H₅NO₂)，氯化鈉(NaCl)。

2.溶液II：主要組分為Tris堿，指示劑。   

【儲存條件及有效期】                  

常溫（10～30℃）儲存，有效期1年。試劑開瓶后在常溫（10～30℃）條件下可儲存6個月。

【樣本要求】

新鮮或2～8℃保存不超過72小時的抗凝血樣。

視上核和室旁核的大型神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌細胞合成抗利尿素（antidiuretic hormone，ADH）和催產(chǎn)素（oxytocin）?？估蛩氐闹饕饔檬谴龠M腎遠曲小管和集合管重吸收水，使尿量減少；抗利尿素分泌若超過生理劑量，可導(dǎo)致小動脈平滑肌收縮，血壓升高，故又稱加壓素形成的分泌顆粒有加壓素和催產(chǎn)素，分泌顆粒沿軸突運送到神經(jīng)部儲存，進而釋放入竇狀毛細管內(nèi)。病毒此，下丘腦與神經(jīng)垂體是 一個整體，兩者之間的神經(jīng)纖維構(gòu)成下丘腦神經(jīng)垂體束。
神經(jīng)部的血管主要來自左右頸內(nèi)動脈發(fā)出的垂體下動脈，血管進入神經(jīng)部分支成為竇狀毛細管網(wǎng)。部分毛細血管血液經(jīng)垂體下靜脈匯入海綿竇。部分毛細血管血液逆向流入漏斗，然后從漏斗再循環(huán)到遠側(cè)部或下丘腦。
垂體各部分都有獨自的任務(wù)。腺垂體細胞分泌的激素主要有7種，它們分別為生長激素、催乳素、促甲狀腺激素、促性腺激素（黃體生成素和卵泡刺激素）、促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素和黑色細胞刺激素。

垂體激素的主要功能如下：
生長激素：促進生長發(fā)育，促進蛋白質(zhì)合成及骨骼生長
催乳素：促進乳房發(fā)育成熟和乳汁分泌
促甲狀腺激素：控制甲狀腺，促進甲狀腺激素合成和釋放，刺激甲狀腺增生，細胞增大，數(shù)量增多
促性腺激素：控制性腺，促進性腺的生長發(fā)育，調(diào)節(jié)性激素的合成和分泌等。
促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素：控制腎上腺皮質(zhì)，促進腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素合成和釋放，促進腎上腺皮質(zhì)細胞增生
卵泡刺激素：促進男子睪丸產(chǎn)生精子，女子卵巢生產(chǎn)卵子
