雌螨大小為 0.3～0.5×0.25～0.4 mm；雄螨為 0.2～

0.3×0.15～0.2mm。顎體短小，位于前端。螯肢如鉗狀，*有

小齒，適於嚙食宿主皮膚的角質層組織。須肢分三節(jié)。無眼和氣

門。軀體背面有橫形的波狀橫和成列的鱗片狀皮棘，軀體后半部

有幾對桿狀剛毛和長鬃。腹面光滑，僅有少數剛毛和4對足。足短

粗，分 5 節(jié)，呈圓錐形。前兩對足與后兩對足之間的距離較大，

足的基部有角質內突。雌雄螨前 2 對足的末端均有具長柄的爪墊
