瘧疾自測試劑盒 本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。

人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感，感染后雖有一定的免疫力，但不持久，各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性，經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后，再感染時癥狀可較輕，甚至無癥狀，而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染，且癥狀較重。

1 撕開檢測卡鋁箔袋，取出袋內(nèi)金標(biāo)卡。注意：不要讓袋內(nèi)材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境，撕開鋁箔袋后盡快使用。

2將金標(biāo)卡平放在臺面上；并將病人名字和編號寫在標(biāo)簽上。

3 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標(biāo)本，垂直加入金標(biāo)卡上“加樣孔A”內(nèi)。

4 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭，在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。

5 在十五分鐘內(nèi)出結(jié)果。注意：必須在15分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果，如超時判斷，結(jié)果無效。

6 請遵循相關(guān)法規(guī)，妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。

7 存儲條件：2-30℃；

8 保質(zhì)期：18個月；

瘧疾檢測,用于檢測出虐疾的病原體——瘧原蟲，是明確診斷的zui直接證據(jù)。目前常用的層析法，具有操作簡單、靈敏度高和可鑒別蟲種等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，廣泛用于瘧疾的病原學(xué)診斷，是目前zui常用的方法之一。

3.易感者人群
主要取決于接觸病原體的程度和頻率。青壯年因職業(yè)（農(nóng)民、牧民、獸醫(yī)、屠宰場和皮毛加工廠工人等）關(guān)系與病畜及其皮毛和排泄物、帶芽胞的塵埃等的接觸機(jī)會較多，其發(fā)病率也較高。zui為多見，可分炭疽癰和惡性水腫兩型。炭疽多見于面、頸、肩、手和腳等裸露部位皮膚，初為丘疹或斑疹，第2日頂部出現(xiàn)水皰，內(nèi)含淡黃色液體，周圍組織硬而腫，第3～4日中心區(qū)呈現(xiàn)出血性壞死，稍下陷，周圍有成群小水皰，水腫區(qū)繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大。第5～7日水皰壞死破裂成淺小潰瘍，血樣分泌物結(jié)成黑色似炭塊的干痂，痂下有肉芽組織形成為炭疽癰。周圍組織有非凹陷性水腫。黑痂壞死區(qū)的直徑大小不等，自1～2cm至5～6cm，水腫區(qū)直徑可達(dá)5～20cm，堅(jiān)實(shí)、疼痛不著、潰瘍不化膿等為其特點(diǎn)。繼之水腫漸退，黑痂在1～2周內(nèi)脫落，再過1～2周愈合成疤。發(fā)病1～2日后出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、頭痛、局部淋巴結(jié)腫大及脾腫大等。
少數(shù)病例局部無黑痂形成而呈現(xiàn)大塊狀水腫，累及部位大多為組織疏松的眼瞼、頸、大腿等，患處腫脹透明而堅(jiān)韌，擴(kuò)展迅速，可致大片壞死。全身毒血癥明顯，病情危重，若治療貽誤，可因循環(huán)衰竭而死亡。如病原菌進(jìn)入血液，可產(chǎn)生敗血癥，并繼發(fā)肺炎及腦膜炎。
2.肺炭疽
大多為原發(fā)性，由吸入炭疽桿菌芽胞所致，也可繼發(fā)于皮膚炭疽。起病多急驟，但一般先有2～4日的感冒樣癥狀，且在緩解后再突然起病，呈雙相型。臨床表現(xiàn)為寒戰(zhàn)、高熱、氣急、呼吸困難、喘鳴、發(fā)紺、血樣痰、胸痛等，有時在頸、細(xì)菌出現(xiàn)皮下水腫。肺部僅聞及散在的細(xì)濕啰音，或有腦膜炎體征，體征與病情嚴(yán)重程度常不成比例?；颊卟∏榇蠖辔Ｖ?，常并發(fā)敗血癥和感染性休克，偶也可繼發(fā)腦膜炎。若不及時診斷與搶救，則常在急性癥狀出現(xiàn)后24～48小時因呼吸、循環(huán)衰竭而死亡。
3.腸炭疽
可表現(xiàn)為急性胃腸炎型和急腹癥型。前者潛伏期12～18小時，同食者可同時或相繼出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重嘔吐、腹痛、水樣腹瀉，多于數(shù)日內(nèi)迅速康復(fù)。后者起病急驟，有嚴(yán)重毒血癥癥狀、持續(xù)性嘔吐、腹瀉、血水樣便、腹脹、腹痛等，腹部有壓痛或呈腹膜炎征象，若不及時治療，常并發(fā)敗血癥和感染性休克而于起病后3～4日內(nèi)死亡。
