瘧原蟲抗體免疫捕獲法診斷試劑盒 本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。

人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感，感染后雖有一定的免疫力，但不持久，各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性，經(jīng)反復多次感染后，再感染時癥狀可較輕，甚至無癥狀，而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染，且癥狀較重。

1 撕開檢測卡鋁箔袋，取出袋內金標卡。注意：不要讓袋內材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境，撕開鋁箔袋后盡快使用。

3 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標本，垂直加入金標卡上“加樣孔A”內。

4 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭，在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。

5 在十五分鐘內出結果。注意：必須在15分鐘內判讀結果，如超時判斷，結果無效。

6 請遵循相關法規(guī)，妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。

7 存儲條件：2-30℃；

8 保質期：18個月；

1.過敏性鼻炎
臨床上很像“傷風”，不同之處包括：
（1）起病急驟、鼻腔發(fā)癢、噴嚏頻繁、鼻涕呈清水樣，無發(fā)熱，咳嗽較少；
（2）多由過敏因素如螨蟲、灰塵、動物皮毛、低溫等刺激引起；
（3）如脫離過敏源，數(shù)分鐘及1～2小時內癥狀即消失；
（4）體檢可見鼻黏膜蒼白、水腫；
（5）鼻分泌物涂片可見嗜酸性粒細胞增多。
2.流行性感冒
為流感病毒所致的急性呼吸道傳染性疾病，傳染性強，常有較大范圍的流行。臨床特點：
（1）起病急，全身癥狀重，畏寒、高熱、全身酸痛、眼結膜炎癥明顯，部分患者有惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉等消化道癥狀。
（2）鼻咽部癥狀較輕。
（3）病毒為流感病毒，必要時可通過病毒分離或血清學明確診斷。
（4）早期應用抗流感病細菌物如金剛烷胺、奧司他韋療效顯著。
（5）可通過注射流感疫苗進行預防。
3.急性傳染病
某些急性傳染病（如麻疹、流行性出血熱、流行性腦脊髓膜炎、脊髓灰質炎、傷寒、斑疹傷寒）在患病初期常有上呼吸道癥狀，在這些病的流行季節(jié)或流行區(qū)應密切觀察，并進行必要的實驗室檢查，以資鑒別。
（1）麻疹 上呼吸道感染的癥狀為前驅期癥狀，約有90%的患者在發(fā)病后2～3天在上頜第二磨牙部位的頰黏膜上可見灰白色小斑點（科氏斑），上感無科氏斑。
（2）流行性出血熱 主要傳染源是鼠類，流行具有地區(qū)性。可有頭痛、腰痛、眼眶痛（俗稱三痛）癥狀，發(fā)熱、出血及細菌損害為3大主征，典型患者可有發(fā)熱期、低血壓休克期、少尿期、多尿期及恢復期5期。上感全身中毒癥狀輕，主要以鼻咽部卡他癥狀為主。（3）流行性腦脊髓膜炎 部分患者初期有咽痛、鼻咽部分泌物增多癥狀，很快進入敗血癥及腦膜炎期，出現(xiàn)寒戰(zhàn)、高熱、頭痛、皮疹。后期可有劇烈頭痛病出現(xiàn)腦膜刺激征。主要傳染源是帶菌者，通過飛沫傳播。
（4）脊髓灰質炎 是由脊髓灰質炎病毒引起的急性傳染病，未應用疫苗的兒童易感。前驅期大多出現(xiàn)上感癥狀，部分進入癱瘓前期，出現(xiàn)體溫上升、肢體疼痛、感覺過敏等神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)癥狀，癱瘓器出現(xiàn)肢體不對稱性、弛緩性癱瘓，多見于單側下肢。

Acute infectious diseases
