三日瘧/間日瘧免疫層析法診斷試紙 本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成，用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中，感染的瘧原蟲抗體，包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。

人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感，感染后雖有一定的免疫力，但不持久，各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性，經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后，再感染時癥狀可較輕，甚至無癥狀，而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染，且癥狀較重。

1 撕開檢測卡鋁箔袋，取出袋內(nèi)金標(biāo)卡。注意：不要讓袋內(nèi)材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境，撕開鋁箔袋后盡快使用。

2將金標(biāo)卡平放在臺面上；并將病人名字和編號寫在標(biāo)簽上。

3 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標(biāo)本，垂直加入金標(biāo)卡上“加樣孔A”內(nèi)。

4 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭，在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。

5 在十五分鐘內(nèi)出結(jié)果。注意：必須在15分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果，如超時判斷，結(jié)果無效。

6 請遵循相關(guān)法規(guī)，妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。

7 存儲條件：2-30℃；

8 保質(zhì)期：18個月；

當(dāng)吞咽疼痛時，常提示有鏈球菌感染。腺病毒等感染時可有發(fā)熱和乏力。腺病毒咽炎可伴有眼結(jié)合膜炎。體檢咽部明顯充血水腫，頜下淋巴結(jié)腫大且觸痛。
（2）急性病毒性喉炎 多由鼻病毒及腺病毒等引起。臨床特征為聲嘶、講話困難、咳嗽時疼痛，常有發(fā)熱、咽痛或咳嗽。體檢可見喉部水腫、充血，局部淋巴結(jié)輕度腫大和觸痛，可聞及喉部的喘鳴音。
3.急性皰疹性咽峽炎
常由柯薩奇病毒A引起，表現(xiàn)為明顯咽痛、發(fā)熱，病程約1周，多于夏季發(fā)作，兒童多見，偶見于成年人。體檢可見咽充血，軟腭、懸雍垂、咽及扁桃體表面有灰白色皰疹及淺表潰瘍，周圍有紅暈，以后形成皰疹。
4.咽結(jié)膜熱
主要由腺病毒、柯薩奇病毒等引起。臨床表現(xiàn)有發(fā)熱、咽痛、畏光、流淚，體檢可見咽及結(jié)合膜明顯充血。病程4～6天，常發(fā)生于夏季，兒童多見，游泳者易于傳播。
5.細(xì)菌性咽-扁桃體炎
多由溶血性鏈球菌，其次為流感嗜血桿菌、肺炎球菌、葡萄球菌等引起。起病急、明顯咽痛、畏寒、發(fā)熱（體溫可達(dá)39℃以上）。體檢可見咽部明顯充血，扁桃體腫大、充血，表面有黃色膿性分泌物，頜下淋巴結(jié)腫大、壓痛，肺部無異常體征。
檢查
1.血常規(guī)
病毒性感染時，白細(xì)胞計數(shù)多正?；蚱?，淋巴細(xì)胞比例升高；細(xì)菌感染時，白細(xì)胞計數(shù)常增多，有中性粒細(xì)胞增多或核左移現(xiàn)象。
2.病原學(xué)檢查
細(xì)菌毒類型繁多，且明確類型對治療無明顯幫助，一般無需明確病原學(xué)檢查。必要時可用免疫熒光法、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法、病毒分離鑒定、病毒血清學(xué)檢查等確定病毒類型。細(xì)菌培養(yǎng)可判斷細(xì)菌類型。

Physical examination showed pharyngeal congestion, soft palate, uvula, pharynx and tonsils surface with white herpes and superficial ulcers, flushing around, after the formation of herpes.
4. Pharyngeal conjunctival fever
Mainly caused by adenovirus, Coxsackie virus. Clinical manifestations of fever, sore throat, photophobia, tearing, physical examination showed pharyngeal and conjunctiva obvious congestion. Duration of 4 to 6 days, often occurs in the summer, more common in children, swimmers are easy to spread.
5. Bacterial pharynx - tonsillitis
More by hemolytic streptococcus, followed by Haemophilus influenzae, pneumococcus, staphylococcus aureus caused. Rapid onset, obvious sore throat, chills, fever (body temperature up to 39 ℃ above). Physical examination showed obvious throat congestion, tonsil enlargement, congestion, the surface of the yellow purulent discharge, submandibular lymph nodes, tenderness, no abnormal lung signs.
