②惡心、嘔吐 是zui常見的癥狀，如惡心、嘔吐頑固或頻繁，可造

成脫水，虛脫和電解質(zhì)紊亂，多見于結(jié)石或蛔蟲梗阻膽囊管時(shí)。

③畏寒、寒戰(zhàn)、發(fā)熱 輕型病例常有畏寒和低熱；重型病例則可有

寒戰(zhàn)和高熱，熱度可達(dá)39℃以上，并可出現(xiàn)譫語(yǔ)、譫妄等精神癥

狀。④黃疸 較少見，如有黃疸一般程度較輕，表示感染經(jīng)淋巴管

蔓延到了肝臟，造成了肝損害，或炎癥已侵犯膽總管。
（2）主要體征 腹部檢查可見右上腹部及上腹中部腹肌緊張、壓

痛、反跳痛、Murphy征陽(yáng)性。伴膽囊積膿或膽囊周圍膿腫者，于

右上腹可捫及有壓痛的包塊或明顯腫大的膽囊。當(dāng)腹部壓痛及腹

性腹膜炎。有15%～20%的病人因膽囊管周圍性水腫、膽石壓迫及
