賽潤風疹病毒IgG、IgM免疫診斷試劑盒

檢驗原理 

用抗原包被微量板孔，制成固相載體。加患者血清到板孔中，其所含的抗體特異性地與固相載體中現(xiàn)存抗原結合，形成免疫復合物。除去多余物質(zhì)后，加入結合了堿性磷酸酶的IgG、IgA或IgM抗體，使之與上述免疫復合物反應。洗板，除去多余的結合物，加入底物（對硝基苯磷酸鹽）。其與酶結合的免疫復合物反應，產(chǎn)生有顏色產(chǎn)物，顏色強度與特異性抗體含量成正比。

典型病例一般在吞食細菌后2～3天突然出現(xiàn)劇烈腹瀉和嘔吐，多

弧菌感染比O1群嚴重，表現(xiàn)為嚴重脫水和高死亡率，且成人病例

所占比例較高，大于70%，而O1群霍亂弧菌流行高峰期，兒童病例

約占60%。
病愈后一些患者可短期帶菌，一般不超過3～4周，真正的慢性帶

菌者罕見。病菌主要存在于膽囊中。
免疫性
患過霍亂的人可獲得牢固的免疫力，再感染者少見。病人在發(fā)病

數(shù)日，血液中即可出現(xiàn)特異性抗體，7℃14天抗體滴度達高峰，隨

后逐漸下降至較低水平，但能持續(xù)約3個月之外。病后小腸內(nèi)可出

現(xiàn)分泌型lgA。體液抗體與免疫的關系尚不清楚，一般認為局部

SlgA可在腸粘膜與病菌之間形成免疫屏障，有阻斷粘附和中和毒

本菌是需氧菌，營養(yǎng)要求不高，在普通培養(yǎng)基上生長良好。霍亂

弧菌具有耐堿性，故常用堿性(pH值8.4～9.2)培養(yǎng)基選擇性分離

培養(yǎng)本菌。在堿性瓊脂平板上生長后，呈水滴樣光滑型菌落，而

在堿性蛋白胨液體培養(yǎng)基中，生長迅速，培養(yǎng)6～8小時即可形成
