5、DAB顯色后發(fā)現(xiàn)切片著色不均勻：如一片著色，一片不著色或染色淺？
著色不均勻可能與你的實(shí)驗(yàn)手法有很大關(guān)系，可能原因有：
（1）切出的片子厚度本身可能就不一樣，切出一片厚，一片薄，這樣可能造成著色深淺不一。
