四、防控措施
針對我國炭疽防控中的諸多問題，提出以下防控策略與措施：（1）建立動(dòng)物炭疽國家參考實(shí)驗(yàn)室，完善炭疽疫情的監(jiān)測和預(yù)警體系；（2）開展全國動(dòng)物炭疽疫源地的普查與確認(rèn)；（3）嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行炭疽疫區(qū)動(dòng)物免疫程序并評價(jià)免疫效果；（4）完善重大動(dòng)物疫病報(bào)告與公布制度；（5）完善專業(yè)職能部門聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制，建設(shè)動(dòng)物炭疽應(yīng)急處置專業(yè)隊(duì)伍。炭疽（anthrax）是由炭疽芽孢桿菌（Bacillus anthracis）引起的一種烈性人獸共患疫源性傳染病，也是一種重要的生物細(xì)菌戰(zhàn)劑。能引起羊、牛、馬等動(dòng)物及人類的炭疽病。
我國現(xiàn)有人用炭疽疫苗主要是A16R，獸用炭疽疫苗主要有2種：II號炭疽芽孢疫苗和無莢膜炭疽芽孢疫苗，此外還有山羊炭疽疫苗。
1、人用炭疽疫苗A16R：目前國內(nèi)炭疽預(yù)防普遍使用炭疽桿菌減毒活疫苗A16R，預(yù)防途徑為皮上劃痕接種。主要接種人員為牧民、獸醫(yī)、屠宰牲畜人員，制革及皮毛加工人員，炭疽流行區(qū)的易感人群及參加防治工作的專業(yè)人員、從事炭疽診斷和研究的人員。
2、獸用炭疽疫苗：
（1）II號炭疽芽孢疫苗：用炭疽芽孢桿菌II號弱毒菌株接種適宜培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)、形成芽孢后，將培養(yǎng)物懸浮于滅菌的甘油蒸餾水或鋁膠蒸餾水中制成。用于預(yù)防牛、羊、豬的炭疽。山羊的免疫期為6個(gè)月，其它動(dòng)物為1年。
（2）無莢膜炭疽芽孢疫苗：用無莢膜炭疽芽孢桿菌弱毒菌株接種于適宜培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)、形成芽孢后，將培養(yǎng)物懸浮于滅菌的甘油蒸餾水或鋁膠蒸餾水中制成。用于預(yù)防動(dòng)物（山羊除外）的炭疽，免疫期為1年。
（3）山羊炭疽疫苗：用無莢膜炭疽芽孢桿菌弱毒株接種于適宜培養(yǎng)基培養(yǎng)，濾過除菌，加油佐劑混合乳化制成。用于頸部皮下注射預(yù)防山羊炭疽，免疫期為6個(gè)月。征服太空，開發(fā)利用太空資源是人類長期以來的夢想。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，今天人類的這一夢想正在逐漸地變?yōu)楝F(xiàn)實(shí)。
