AMP在人體尿液中定性檢測(cè)的快速，一步測(cè)試。

對(duì)于保健專業(yè)人員，包括護(hù)理點(diǎn)的專業(yè)人員

僅用于專業(yè)體外診斷。

尿液樣本必須收集在干凈，干燥的容器中。 可以使用在一天中的任何時(shí)間收集的尿液。 顯示可見顆粒的尿液樣本應(yīng)該離心，過濾或者讓其沉降以獲得清晰的樣本進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

標(biāo)本儲(chǔ)存
測(cè)試前，尿液標(biāo)本可以在2-8°C保存長(zhǎng)達(dá)48小時(shí)。 對(duì)于長(zhǎng)期儲(chǔ)存，標(biāo)本可能被凍結(jié)并儲(chǔ)存在-20°C以下。 測(cè)試前應(yīng)將冷凍標(biāo)本解凍并混勻。

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

負(fù)面：*顯示兩行。 一條彩色線應(yīng)該在控制區(qū)域（C），另一條明顯的彩色線應(yīng)該在測(cè)試區(qū)域（T）。 該陰性結(jié)果表明AMP濃度低于可檢測(cè)水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

*注意：測(cè)試線區(qū)域（T）的顏色陰影會(huì)有所不同，但是每當(dāng)有微弱的線條時(shí)，總是應(yīng)該將其視為負(fù)值。

正面：控制區(qū)域（C）出現(xiàn)一條彩色線條。 測(cè)試區(qū)域（T）不出現(xiàn)任何線條。 該陽性結(jié)果表明AMP-濃度超過可檢測(cè)水平（1,000 ng / mL）。

無效：控制線無法顯示。 標(biāo)本體積不足或不正確的程序技術(shù)是控制線失敗的zui可能的原因。 查看程序并使用新的測(cè)試設(shè)備重復(fù)測(cè)試。 如果問題仍然存在，請(qǐng)立即停止使用該批次，并您當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)銷商。
