【注意事項(xiàng)】

1.試驗(yàn)前請(qǐng)仔細(xì)閱讀說(shuō)明書，本產(chǎn)品提供的各種試劑僅供本實(shí)驗(yàn)用。

2.過(guò)期或鋁箔袋破損的產(chǎn)品，均不可使用。

3.檢測(cè)卡從冰箱中取出時(shí)應(yīng)恢復(fù)到室溫后打開，打開的檢測(cè)卡應(yīng)盡快使用以免受潮后失效。

4.去離子水、自來(lái)水、生理鹽水不能作為陰性對(duì)照。

5.避免接觸檢測(cè)卡上加樣孔和檢測(cè)窗處的層析膜。

6.試驗(yàn)的廢棄物應(yīng)視為污染物，并按當(dāng)?shù)叵嚓P(guān)規(guī)定妥善處理。

   1.The experimental result is negative, indicating that there is no Newcastle disease virus antigen in the tested samples. If there is a corresponding acute symptom, the Newcastle disease virus infection can not be ruled out.  

   2., the result of the test is positive. It shows that there is a Newcastle disease virus antigen in the tested samples. It may be a Newcastle disease virus infection. It should be analyzed by clinical and other methods.     

   3. if vaccinated with live attenuated vaccine, virus immune process in vivo was increased may show positive reaction, this phenomenon disappeared in the vaccinated 3 - 10 days after. But chickens that show immunosuppression because of poor immunity may have been positive.

【預(yù)期用途】 雞瘟快速檢測(cè)試紙又名偽雞瘟或亞洲雞瘟，是由新城疫病毒（Newcastle Disease Virus，NDV）引起的禽類的一種急性高度接觸性傳染病，以呼吸困難、下痢、神經(jīng)機(jī)能紊亂、粘膜出血為特征。

本試劑用于檢測(cè)禽類氣管、泄殖孔分泌物中新城疫病毒抗原，可用于新城疫病毒感染篩查、輔助診斷等。

【原    理】

本試劑采用膠體金免疫層析試驗(yàn)(GICA)原理制成，樣本加入到加樣孔后與膠體金標(biāo)記物一起沿層析膜移動(dòng)，若樣本中存在NDV抗原則使檢測(cè)線顯示紫紅色，若樣本中不存在NDV抗原則不產(chǎn)生顏色反應(yīng)。
